Timothy Rapp

High Horse Entertainment
Timothy Rapp joined Activision in 2006 as an online gameplay engineer working for the Tony Hawk, Guitar Hero, and Call of Duty franchises.  Ten years later, he joined forces with former colleague Jay Mattis to form High Horse Entertainment, an independent studio focused on PvP-centric, multiplayer titles.  After spending some time contracting and consulting, Tim and Jay began production on their debut title, Disc Jam, which launched worldwide on PC and PS4 this past March.  With only an 18 month production cycle and very little manpower, High Horse Entertainment was able to leverage platform technologies like the Unreal Engine to stay on time and on budget.
